Katwoude is located on the Gouwzee, close to Volendam, Edam, Monnickendam and Marken. This unique location in the Waterland region offers many opportunities for fun and active outings. Think of a tour by bike, tandem, e-bike or e-scooter, but also stand-up paddling or pedal boating on the water.

You can also enjoy typical Dutch activities, such as taking a photo in traditional Volendam costume, painting wooden clogs or visiting our historic cheese factory. Of course, you can also taste various Henri Willig cheeses in our shop.
