Special grilled cheese sandwich with Henri Willig goat cheese

  • Henri Willig young goat cheese
  • Countrybread, 4 thick slices
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, 8 pieces
  • 1 onion
  • 4 large or 6 smaller slices of Parma ham
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • Pinch of Italian herbs

Place two slices of bread on a board and cover with a layer of spinach.

Slice onion rings and also slice the mushrooms into thin slices. Fry them in a pan with olive oil. Then spread these on the two pieces of bread as well.

Cut the goat cheese into thin slices with a cheese slicer and place them on the bread. 

Sprinkle some Italian herbs over the cheese and place the slices of Parma ham back on top.

Slice the avocado into thin strips and place on the ham.
Finally, place the tomatoes on the bread and top with the other two slices of bread. Drizzle the buns with a bit of olive oil.

Place the sandwiches in a preheated oven (180° celcius/ 356°  fahrenheit ) for about 15 minutes. If you have a sandwich grill, you can use that as well.
