This organic cava specially selected by Henri Willig is made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada grapes sourced from 20 to 30 year old vines. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle after which the wine matures for another 12 months in the bottle. Whether you want to toast the new year, a special occasion or just because it's a beautiful day, this cava makes every occasion a party!
