Piece of Gouda matured cheese

This matured version of our young natural Gouda has been aged for about 4 months, giving it a slightly sharper flavor than the young Gouda. The texture remains soft and creamy, and the cheese is still easy to cut – perfect for every cheese lover.

Our artisanal cheese specialist cuts the whole wheel into portions and carefully vacuum-packs them. This way, you can enjoy fresh Henri Willig cheese in no time.

Serving suggestion

Serve the matured Gouda in thin slices or small cubes on a cheese board with artisan bread, nuts, and fruits like apples or figs. The slightly stronger flavor comes into its own and is perfect for a cozy evening with friends or family.

Had aged Gouda in Curacao and this is just as good if not better. Awesome flavor, texture, aroma....very nice. Will be ordering more. Only issue is communication about tracking and shipments. Emailed twice ...no response then all of a sudden, cheese is dropped at front door in 105° heatwave. Could have made arrangements if info was shared and updated better.
