Henri Willig Goat Cheese - Lavender Wheel 50+

This young, creamy Gouda goat’s cheese gains a distinctive colour and a refined flavour thanks to the addition of lavender. At first the cheese is mild and soft, after which the lavender subtly comes forward with a fruity and lightly herbal character. The flavour of lavender can best be compared to that of rosemary. A unique, herb-infused cheese with a striking appearance.

Serving tip

This lavender goat’s cheese is delicious on a cheese board combined with honey, nuts or grapes. Also lovely sliced thinly on a fresh bread roll or as an aromatic addition to a fresh salad.
