The culinary cuisine of Greece is the oldest in the world. The oldest cookbooks dates back 2,500 years and has its origins in the ideas of the physician Hippocrates, the founder of modern medicine.

Greek cuisine is a typical Mediterranean cuisine and based on ingredients from the Balkans to the Middle East. Many world-famous Greek dishes are flavored with typical spice blends. These spice blends are loved by many because they are so accessible and above all you taste the summery relaxed atmospheres that Greece is known for.

An authentic Tzatziki consists of creamy full fat yogurt, crunchy cucumber, fresh garlic and a balanced blend of spices. We have replaced the creamy yogurt with our signature full creamy 50+ cheese, in which we have combined the other ingredients. This has created a delicious summer cheese with the recognizable taste of Tzatziki.

Imagine yourself in the Greek sun with a tapas board full of Tzatziki cheese cubes, finish it off with a fresh dip and enjoy to the fullest. Or add the Tzatziki cheese to a summer salad. Bon appetit, or as the Greeks say, Kali orexi!
