This Dutch creamed honey has a wonderfully soft, mild flavour. It is rapeseed honey with a light colour, and thanks to its high glucose content and low humidity it crystallises quickly. That natural process creates the smooth, spreadable texture that melts gently on the tongue.

Serving tip
