Product has always been top notch and I've ordered every year since I lived in Amsterdam. Concerned about the way my latest shipment was packaged. There was no cold pack to keep the cheese cold and the original box was not in good shape.

Excellent service from Henri. But the shipment is real disappointing. Was told shipment to Singapore takes around 5-7 days. Waited more than 2 weeks for box of stock to arrive SG, after sone chaser.

Lieferung schnell und alles gut verpackt,
aber der versprochene gratis Käse ab einer Bestellung von 50.- € war nicht dabei.War wohl nur ein Trick damit man viel bestellt.
