The packaging is really nice and really safe, but i don't know who to blame here, or if this is a common thing to happen. When i received the package, the cheese has melted ? It's deformed basically. And the speculoos has turned into cookie crumbs, but still taste delicious so i'm not complaining. It's just a bummer that the cheese is melted, cause when i picked it up from the box, it's like holding a water balloon which is surprising. Other than that is amazing, the chocolate is so good i ordered 15 bars, which is still not enough for me...

Käse bei einem Besuch in Amsterdam kennengelernt, waren begeistert. Zu Hause nach vier Wochen beim Shop nachbestellt, Ruchzuck geliefert, haben es unseren Freunden weiter empfohlen.

This is arguably the best cheese experience I’ve ever had... congrats... my only complaint is that it takes toooooo looooong for the cheese to arrive in Brazil, and I hope Henri Willig would offer a faster delivery method despite higher costs... I will continue buying fhe products nonetheless... fantastic and superb...

Wir hatten die Lieferung datiert und der Käse kam dann auch zum erwarteten Zeitpunkt an. Was mir gefehlt hat, war eine Email, die mir das Paket ankündigt. Zum Glück jedoch war ich gerade zu Hause. Der Käse ist ausgezeichnet und die Schokolade (Haselnuss) auch.
