This is the first time I have ever had an issue with Henri Willig - but what an issue!!!!
My cheese took 4 weeks to arrive - the box looked like it had been soaked in something, the cheese (and I had ordered 7 cheeses) was soft and very mis-shapen, and the packages felt greasy. It was as if the cheese had melted and the fat had seeped out of the skins.
I emailed the webshop to advise, received an email asking for photos, which I have sent on numerous occasions in various formats and I have heard nothing more from them (that was a week ago)
I am very disappointed with this and can no longer recommended this company or their products (and I have been a regular customer since I discovered these cheeses on a visit to Amsterdam in 2014)
Still waiting to hear back

Habe aus Deutschland bestellt, da wir den Käse im Urlaub in Amsterdam entdeckt haben. Schneller und zuverlässiger Verstand, zudem ein toller Geschmack! Werde bestimmt öfter bestellen!

Groot assortiment, veelal heerlijke smaken en lekker smeuiig . En leuk om 1-2 kaasjes cadeau te geven..

Toller Käse, toller Service. Erst in Amsterdam gekauft und dann von Deutschland direkt Nachbestellt. Das werden wir jetzt öfter tun. Innerhalb von nur 4 Tagen war die Bestellung da.
