I ordered cheese that was temporarily out of stock. The customer service representative quickly contacted me offering to send me a similar cheese as a replacement. I particularly want the original cheese that I had ordered. I asked her to hold my original order, until the preferred cheese was back in stock. She did and all of my cheeses arrived a few days later. Henri Willing Cheese Company is very efficient, and of course the cheeses are the very best. I love doing business with them.

Ich habe erstmals im September 2023 mit der Firma Henri Willig am Blumenmarkt in Amsterdam Bekanntschaft gemacht und mir einen Käse gekauft. Der hat so gut geschmeckt dass ich mir jetzt Nachschub bestellt habe in unterschiedlichen Varianten. Die Bestellung ging reibungslos und wurde schnell geliefert. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Freue mich schon auf den Käsegenuss.

Just returned from a trip where it's made, but was unable to make it to a store where we could have tried more samples. Love the unique flavors we can not find in the States. Missed it so much we ordered what we knew we liked and just paid for the shipping. Will continue to order when we can afford it. Arrived quickly.
