What a great and full taste. You can tell they haven't been cheap with the truffle, there is plenty of it, but not overwhelming. My girlfriend brought it home from Amsterdam as a gift, she told me a lot of good things about the store too. They were really helpful and knowledgeable. These people care about cheese.
