This latest dip is inspired by Moroccan cuisine. The spice mixture Ras El Hanout literally means : the best of the store. Traditionally, it is often combined with tropical fruits. We have chosen apricot. In this cheese dip, the sweetness of the apricots is combined with the spices of Ras El Hanout. A delicious sweet dip, soft in flavor and incredibly delicious in combination with our cheeses.
