I first discovered the truffle version of the Henri Willig cheese at the store near the flower market in Amsterdam. Wow. It instantly became my favorite semi-soft cheese ever...so much so that I regularly order it to be delivered to my home here in the states. Ordering is easy and the cheese arrives quickly, thankfully, since going too long without it sends me into cheese withdrawals.

Since me and my fiancé visited your shop this September and bought there 5 different flavors, we came back home to Germany and already ordered twice herbs&garlic and truffles cheeses. I am not even kidding, those cheeses are the best in entire world!! Once you try it, you can't litterely eat another brands cheeses!
