Black garlic is made by fermenting fresh garlic. During that process it turns deep black and develops a mild, slightly sweet flavour. Combined with pine honey, a herbaceous honey made from honeydew instead of nectar, it becomes a unique pairing with a beautiful balance of savoury and sweet.
