A must for cheese and beer lovers! A beautiful circular product, because the basis of this blond beer is our own whey. Whey is the liquid that is no longer used in our cheese production after the milk has been coagulated. With the desire to throw away as little as possible and to become circular wherever possible, a very nice step has now been taken together with brewery Het Brouwdok from Harlingen. A beer of which Henri Willig is proud! This white beer fits very well with our Organic Jersey, the Pepper or the Pepper Cheese. Or, very classic, in combination with a piece of young Cumin.
