Ce fromage de brebis extra affiné a été maturé pendant au moins 1 an. Il est ainsi bien ferme tout en gardant une texture crémeuse et une saveur riche. L’affinage prolongé lui apporte plus de profondeur et une touche légèrement relevée. Sur demande de nombreux amateurs, ce fromage a été ajouté à notre assortiment.

I am allergic to cow's milk but love sharp cheeses. While in Amsterdam I tried the Old Sheep's Cheese and loved it!
