We always send a draft for approval first. Only after your confirmation will we begin producing and shipping the personalized cheese.
Note: if the provided file is unsuitable and an additional feedback round is needed, we charge €5.00 per extra round. - Finalization and payment
We will contact you and send the invoice by email. The personalized small cheese wheel will only be shipped once payment, including shipping costs, has been received.
