Dieser alte Schafskäse ist mindestens ein Jahr lang gereift. Es ist ein härterer Käse, mit dennoch cremigen Textur. Unwiderstehlich auf einem warmen Baguette oder als Snack zu einem Glas Rotwein oder rotem Portwein. Sie erhalten ein etwa  1/11 (± 0,70 lbs) großes, vakuumversiegeltes Stück.

A friend visited Amsterdam last spring and brought back a lot of cheeses. I was lucky enough to share in the bounty. All of the cheeses were spectacular!

I am allergic to cow's milk but love sharp cheeses. While in Amsterdam I tried the Old Sheep's Cheese and loved it! I was thrilled to find out I could order it on-line back in the U.S. I have been ordering several blocks of cheese at a time. They were once out of it, but since then it arrives in a short period of time and I am very satisfied with the service and freshness of the cheese.
