Product has not arrived. When the goods will arrive, the cheese would be in a bad state. As I said in previous emails in the past you need to use reliable delivery companies.

We have not received our order. There seemed to be progress and then it just stopped and nothing seems to be happening. We hope you can discover what has happened to it since this was a sizable amount of money for it.
