Outre notre porto Tawny, nous avons désormais un délicieux porto blanc dans notre assortiment ! Le Porto blanc est un peu moins connu, mais il est au moins aussi savoureux et spécial en combinaison avec nos fromages.

As I'm already a fan of the Henri Willig red Tawney port, I was definitely interested in this new White port. And I wasn't disappointed: a slightly lighter bodied port, with a clear white wine flavour and a certain creaminess to it. Aftertaste more towards raisins, with a hint of almond. A nice summery port. Will work with younger cheeses, like the HW Jersey milk cheese & Truffle cheese.
