Ce fromage de chèvre jeune et crémeux auquel on a ajouté de la lavande a une couleur et un goût distinctifs. Au début, le fromage a un goût doux, puis la lavande devient évidente : fruitée et légèrement piquante. Le goût de la lavande est plus proche de celui du romarin. Il s'agit d'un fromage vraiment unique, aromatique et d'une couleur spéciale.
