everything ok, friendly support and perfect dutch quality. What is surprising: for example orders for Vienna are shipped from Katwonde (North NL) to Son en Breugel (South NL), then to Bad Bentheim (Northern DE), then to Western Austria (Vorarlberg), then to Vienna. Takes (too) many days for delivery. However after delivery the perfect taste of the delivered goods lets one Forget delivery time:-)

I am from Brazil and I made an order from internet when I was in Bruges (Belgian). They did exactly what I asked for and my order arrived at the time that I asked for! Perfect , the company is excellent!!!!!

We have enjoyed your products every year since 2002 and the quality has never wavered.

However, your new website ordering section could use a little tweeking. When placing multiple orders to different shipping addresses there seems to be difficulty in changing addresses. I have had several packages shipped to the previous order address, not the new destination. You have answered my email stating the shipping destination error has been corrected but my sister received three gifts, two of which were supposed to be sent elsewhere. Hope you can improve the method used to enter shipping addresses.

You have a relative in the cheese business. If you make a mistake in ordering, you are treated like family, promptly and efficiently. The cheese is a treat, not only a food!
