Dear sirs,
I have been your customer for a few years now, I live in Portugal on Madeira Island and I regularly order your cheeses. The negative assessment I just made is not directly related to the cheese, but to the distribution system, as I placed the order on the 25th of November and still haven't received it. This is a considerable delay if we take into account that in previous years I received the order only eight days apart, at this moment it's been 20 days I was at the freight forwarder yesterday and they told me that the order still hasn't arrived in Madeira which, given the time that has elapsed, is an absolutely unacceptable situation. Can they help to speed up the whole process with GLS?

Bestellung wurde gut verpackt und sehr zügig geliefert. Der Käse entsprach unseren Erwartungen.

Vielleicht legen Sie ab einer gewissen Bestellhöhe eine kleine Werbe-Kostprobe eines Anderen, nicht in der Bestellung enthaltenen Artikels bei?
