Since our visit to one of your store in Amsterdam, we loved your products. Now back on the States, we decided to place an order online and the shipping was fast, but overall we are happy to share the quality of your cheeses and dips with farmily and friends.

Bought some cheese to take home for my daughter - couldn't carry any more so ordered online from the hotel. Despatched on the Monday as promised and arrived at work in England on Wednesday! Great service, a lovely cheese shop and friendly helpful staff :-)

Ya fuimos 2 veces a Amsterdam y hemos comprado los quesos ahí, pero veo que no hacen envío a México. Ojalá pudieran enviar.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Ware und der Lieferung. Habe mir davor schon mal in einem Henri Willig Käseshop in Amsterdam Käse gekauft und finde es gut, dass man ihn auch online bestellen kann.

The cheese taste is amazing, just awesome. Selection of cheeses is also great, very special and unique sorts of cheese here.
However, delivery service and overall attitude the clients isn't the best, it doesn't match cheese quality. We ordered a bunch of cheeses, got our package in 4 days, but one cheese was missing. We contacted seller same day but got first response only after 2 days from that. They promised to deliver missing cheese "as soon as possible". We've waited for the additional week after their response, but didn't get any updates or cheese itself. After another round of emails we finally got our missing cheese delivered after 11 days from the original package delivered. My expectation from the excellent customer service and delivery is higher than that.
