When we visited your shops and spoke with Trudy at the farm we had asked that a wedge of 2 year old cow cheese be added to our order. We did not receive a wedge since it was not on our order receipt. Can you send one. The cheese we received is great but I am the one that likes the 2 year old cow cheese. The order was shipped to Kristina Hicks in Springfield Missouri.

We first bought some awesome cheese whilst visiting Delft and when it ran out we had to order more and we will keep on stocking the fridge...
