Op tijd kunnen bestellen, op tijd bezorgd en goed product. Helaas wel veelvuldig gebeld en gemaild want website niet duidelijk, ontvangers krijgen Nederlandse teksten en nog meer. Uiteraard gaat het om wat
Goed is gegaan, maar het tussenliggende bezorgde veel irritatie.

Wie immer, super Käse - Variationen, dazu noch eine super schnelle Lieferung, besser geht es nicht, immer wieder gerne, Frohe Weihnachten und einen guten Rutsch in ein erfolgreiches Jahr 2020.

Ordered and delivered ahead of time. Bought some cheese in NL earlier in year, used website to order more. Great taste , recommend 100%

My order arrived ahead of schedule and was in excellent condition. The cheese is delicious and just as I remember. I tried the red port fig cheese dip for the first time she it is absolutely incredible. I will definitely be ordering again.

I bought the product for the first time in Holland. There is no denying the quality of the product as it's as good as it gets. They told me then that I could order on their website and as I live in New Jersey, that they have a warehouse in said state so it was very convenient for me. Now, I wanted to purchase a gift and went to the online store for the first time. I realized that the products were overpriced compared to what I payed in Holland. The quality is still the same, but for that price I can't afford to buy these products as much as I would like to. Shipping was fast but considering what I mentioned above, it is just expected.

Unfortunately, it has been a stressful and annoying experience for me. I attempted to ship cheese to Canada at the end of November. Your website claims it ships to Canada using FedEx and deliveries are expected within 5 to 7 days, I believe. After many issues with your website, a customer service rep contacted me saying they would process the order for me. This was December 3rd or 6th, I can't quite remember. Anyway, it is now December 23rd and my Christmas present to my parents in Canada did not arrive! I am very frustrated and disappointed. I will be asking for my money back and will never attempt to order cheese from your website again. I don't appreciate the false claims you make on your website.
