I have ordered many times over the years. Usually, I have been extremely pleased, however the last couple of times, the discount code (which is supposed to be valid for 60 days) was not honored, despite my typing a note in the comments section of the order. Also, the cheese arrived extremly malformed, whereby they looked like a clock from a Salvador Dali painting! Granted, a little disfiguring is expected, but it was pretty severe! Your company needs to work on these issues.
