These unique wine pearls make every cheeseboard or aperitif extra festive. Similar in texture to caviar, but made from algae and filled with white, rosé or red wine. Put 3-4 pearls on a slice of cheese, or on a cheese curl if you have one, and enjoy! The white wine pearls are delicious with our young Cheeses and the young Schapenkaas, The Jersey Truffle is perfect with the rosé wine pearls: the earthiness of the truffle matches nicely with the mineral of rosé. And all the matured and extra aged cheeses become extra tasty with the red wine pearl.

Wijnparels besteld.
Netjes verpakt. Ging wel iets langer overheen voordat ik ze in huis had. Maar keurig me tracking van de koerier.
Nu drie verschillende wijnparels besteld, terwijl er een optie zou komen dat ik van 1 soort (roseparels) er meerdere kon bestellen.
De blikjes zitten los in het doosje, dus het is ook niet zo dat het een standaard verpakking is met drie verschillende soorten.
De witte en rode wijnparels smaken ook oké, maar onze voorkeur gaat echt naar rose. Zou fijn zijn als deze optie alsnog komt want alleen dan zou ik nog bestellen.

Schnell Lieferung super . Probiert hab ich sie noch nicht. In Salzburg habe ich sie zum erstmal gesehen und probiert und wollte sie zu meinem Geburtstag servieren .
