The cheese taste is amazing, just awesome. Selection of cheeses is also great, very special and unique sorts of cheese here.
However, delivery service and overall attitude the clients isn't the best, it doesn't match cheese quality. We ordered a bunch of cheeses, got our package in 4 days, but one cheese was missing. We contacted seller same day but got first response only after 2 days from that. They promised to deliver missing cheese "as soon as possible". We've waited for the additional week after their response, but didn't get any updates or cheese itself. After another round of emails we finally got our missing cheese delivered after 11 days from the original package delivered. My expectation from the excellent customer service and delivery is higher than that.

Very quick delivery cheese is highly recommended have tried many flavours it keeps well and although this is the first time I have bought it on line having bought whilst in Amsterdam I will be buying on line again.

The smoked goat cheese is amazing!
Their customer service is impeccable... I called twice to ask questions about delivery time and other general enquiries. Both times, the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful.
The delivery (to France) was very quick and the cheese was well packaged.
I will 100% order again and recommend to my friends!

Excellent. I have ordered three times since visiting your shop in Delph a couple months ago. The last time I wanted cheese that was not available to me this time of the year. Customer service was able to obtain 6 units for me and sent them. Kudos to them

We bought some Henri Willig cheese when we were visiting Zannse Schans. We LOVED the cheese and brought some home to Canada with us. While looking at the Henri Willig brochure that I picked up at Zannse Schans, I noticed that they had an online store and shipping was available to various countries. We bought some and it arrived as scheduled. All the cheese is excellent and the cost is reasonable considering the cheese tastes so much better than the Gouda you can get in Canada. Looking forward to ordering more soon.

Die Lieferung kam recht zügig aber leider haben einige Waffeln den Transport nicht „überlebt“.
In Delft wurde uns beim zweiten Besuch versucht weiß zu machen dass es sich um eine kleine Käsemanifaktion handelt. Das ist leider nicht so toll.

Très satisfait de ces fromages vraiment uniques. Impossible d'en trouver d'aussi bon en France. Je commande régulièrement sur ce site et la dégustation est toujours un plaisir.

Lieferung schnell, aber leider war die Verpackung des Cheese spread truffle beschädigt. Für 3,95 wollte ich ihn nicht zurücksenden. Bitte das nächste mal besser verpacken. Ansonsten alles lecker. Gruß aus Sachsen Jörg
