I am really very satisfied. We tasted in Amsterdam bought in Amsterdam. Then we ordered cheese from Czech republic, received it very fast and we are really very satisfied. Fast, perfect, nice service! We fully recommend!!!

This company has, by far, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have ever experienced!!!!!!
I visited Amsterdam and mailed some cheese to my husband to surprise him while I was gone. FEDEX messed up my shipment and it went lost. I contacted Henri Willig and they resent the cheese overnight. FEDEX screwed up AGAIN and left the package in my yard for my dog to eat. Needless to say my dog got sick and I was still without the cheese. Henri Willig did not give up on me and mailed it again over night. I finally got it and I was so happy to have my husband try it and experience their great cheese!!!

As an American, I always bragged and claimed to have the best customer service but Henri Willig's customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!

Realy good quality cheeses, always buy som when i am in Amsterdam for conferences. Now also startes ordering them from hope.

Der von mir bestellte Käse (alter Ziegenkäse)schmeckt super. Da ich hier in der Schweiz Einen solchen nicht bekomme, bin ich froh über den unkomplizierten Versand an meine in Deutschland lebende Freunde.
Alles unkompliziert und ich werde sicher wieder bestellen, wenn mein Vorrat aufgebraucht ist. Den alten Käse kann man prima einfrieren ohne Aromaverlust. Danke
