Your customer service is great when FedEx does not move a package in two weeks in the USA and no answer can be gotten from FedEx
You send another replacement order and it gets here in 1 week

Shipping issue, shipment was sent thru FedEx through air freight to Guangzhou and then uses sea freight to Hong Kong. Sea freight condition is hot and humid and it definitely affect the condition of Cheese..
