Had to say what you can do better, as we think you are among the greatest to make cheese.
We like the classic types of favorit, som thats out main priority and yours are great.

Some of your experimental types of cheeses was not to our liking, so skip those, haha.
Maybe varieties of already existing types like your wonderful Knoflook, - you could use it and try make it into another Knoflook-type like Knoflook + Brandnetel? ....dont ever remove the original type, though????

What to better? The last young gouda wheel we bought, was damaged from a fall or hit. It was still a whole wheel, but the wax had stretch marks and about one third of the cheese unuseable. If droppede at factory, these should not be sold, but it could also have happened during transport, som we did not complaint, and ate the good part.

Overall we just love your cheese and are happy you give us to oppertunity to buy direct from and have it send to Denmark
