The Quality team is responsible for maintaining, improving and securing the quality system with regard to food safety, food quality, working conditions and environmental care. This provides Henri Willig with all the necessary certifications to be able to sell our cheeses even in countries with the strictest regulations.

In cooperation with the Henri Willig Academy, Quality ensures that all colleagues are trained in the field of Quality, Health & Safety and Environment so that quality thinking has the highest priority at all levels of the organisation. This is reflected in our premium cheeses!
