Ce fromage fumé au Jalapeño est notre nouveau préféré. Pour les amateurs d'épices, il s'agit d'un ajout délicieux à notre assortiment. 

Le fromage fumé est produit d'une manière spéciale. Tout d'abord, le fromage Gouda est fondu et fumé sur du vrai bois de hêtre dans un four à fumée. Cela donne au fromage fumé sa saveur traditionnelle et sa croûte artisanale brune (comestible).
