Ce vieux fromage de brebis fut affiné pendant au moins 14 mois. C'est un fromage dur à pâte ferme, parsemé de calcifications. Vous pouvez consommer ce fromage avec une tranche de baguette ou simplement avec un bon verre de porto ou de vin rouge. Suite à de nombreuses demandes, nous avons décidé d'ajouter cet excellent fromage à notre assortiment en ligne. Vous recevrez un bloc sous vide d'approximativement 1/11 (± 0,70 lb).

I am allergic to cow's milk but love sharp cheeses. While in Amsterdam I tried the Old Sheep's Cheese and loved it!
