A transportadora trocou a encomenda e entregou-a a uma pessoa numa outra região do país, e se não fosse a boa vontade desta em me a devolver, ainda hoje poderia estar à sua espera.
Não foi possível reclamar junto da transportadora pois nunca atendeu o telefone.
Neste momento tenho receio em fazer nova encomenda e que aconteça o mesmo
