My daughter brought some truffle cheese from Amsterdam. It tasted great. The cheese I ordered seemed to have more of a drier exterior or shell under the two already there.

Geschmacklich eher schwach trüfflig. Leider lässt sich die Zwischenschicht (weiß) nur schlecht abmachen weshalb man sie abschneiden muss und dabei Käse verschneidet.
