This smoked cheese is made from goat’s milk. A very tasty and rare product!

Smoked cheese is produced in a special way. First, the Gouda cheese is melted and smoked on real beech wood in a smoke oven.

This gives the smoked cheese its traditional flavour and an artisanal brown (edible) crust.

The Henri Willig Smoked Goat Cheese is delicious on a cheese board with a fig or balsamic dip.

Be sure to try this smoked goat cheese through your salad as a stand-in for meat.
