Henri Willig was born and raised in Katwoude. In 1974, Henri and his wife Riet took over his parents’ dairy farm and started a course in cheese-making.
Today, Henri has been committed to traditionally making high-quality cheese on a daily basis for over 40 years.
Henri’s passion for making the best cheese possible has already resulted in various awards in a variety of international championships.
