Fenugreek is a seed from the year 1600 BC and is known for its medicinal and rejuvenating powers. Fenugreek has a similar taste to walnut and can be combined very well with a good glass of beer.

This cheesel can be perfectly cut into pieces with our Dutch Cheese Knife and sliced with one of our cheese slicers. You can also grate the cheese over the pasta or the salad with one of our cheese graters.
