Henri Willig was the first who discovered that Gouda could be made from Goat milk. Nowadays Goat Gouda is quite common in The Netherlands and it is made in several cheese farms. Our Goat cheese has such a mild flavour that it almost melts on the tongue. Goat cheese goes very well with a glass of port wine.
